Sam Iamarino
Born in Italy, Sam immigrated to Australia with his family as a young boy. His family moved to Red Cliffs in 1957 when his father purchased a fruit block.
Sam attended school in Red Cliffs and Mildura. In 1972, he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tasmania. Following Graduation, Sam returned to Mildura to undertake Articles and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria on 2nd April 1973.
In 1991 Sam Iamarino established his own firm and is currently its Principal and sole practitioner employing two clerks who make up his team.
Sam’s wealth of experience in matters of law is extensive and he can assist you with property conveyancing (Victoria and New South Wales); business and commercial law; property law; succession and estate planning; wills and probate.
A Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries since 2009, Sam is the only Notary providing this important service to the North-West of Victoria.
Sam and his wife Elvira are the proprietors of Sunraysia Funerals.
Outside of law Sam also has experience in the horticultural and real estate industries.
Sam was a founding board member of Oasis Aged Care Inc. an aged care facility in Irymple and following the handover of Oasis Aged Care to Southern Cross (Broken Hill) Limited he was appointed to the Southern Cross Sunraysia Infrastructure Committee. He is also an active member of the Knights of the Southern Cross.
Sam has travelled to his birthplace in Italy and enjoys learning about new cultures and places. His interests include opera, amateur wine-making, reading, walking, bike riding, welding, Italy and the Italian language.
Sam speaks Italian fluently.
